Absolutely. All ingredients used in our products are 100% human-grade and pet-safe.

Where are your products made?
Everything is freshly handmade in Singapore in small batches.

Are your treats made fresh?
Yes! Every order is freshly handmade in small batches to ensure optimal quality and taste.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we do! Whether it’s for a pet party, corporate event, pet café, or adoption drive—we’re happy to cater larger quantities. You can email us or DM us on Instagram with your order details. We’ll guide you from there.

How far in advance should I place a bulk order?
We recommend placing bulk orders at least 2 weeks in advance.

What if I have an issue with my order?
We don’t accept returns on perishable items, but if something’s not right, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help.

Treats

What ingredients do you use in your treats?
We focus on natural ingredients—think lean meats, superfoods, pet-safe herbs, fruits and plant-based powder. No preservatives, no artificial flavors, and no fillers.

How should I store the treats?
Store them in an airtight container in the fridge. Best consumed within 1 month of delivery.

Are the treats safe for both cats and dogs?
Most of our treats are suitable for both, unless otherwise stated. We tailor flavors and textures with both species in mind.

Can puppies and kittens have your treats?
Yes, in moderation. Always supervise and offer appropriate-sized portions.

What are your cakes made of?
Our cakes are made with pet-safe, natural ingredients such as chicken, pumpkin, oats, eggs, goat milk, and more. No sugar, chocolate, or harmful additives—ever.

How do I store the cake and how long will it last?
Cakes should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2–3 days.

How much cake can my pet eat?
Treat cakes like a special snack. We recommend serving in small portions based on your pet’s size and diet.

Do you deliver cakes?
Yes, we offer delivery within Singapore. Same-day or time-slot delivery can be arranged at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available for selected products (e.g. cakes) depending on availability and order time. Please contact us directly to check if we can accommodate your request.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Yes, you can request a preferred delivery time slot at checkout or by messaging us. We’ll do our best to match your preference.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery fees vary depending on location and urgency (standard, express, or time-specific). The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer self-collection?

Yes, self-collection is available at 435 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4. We’ll confirm the pickup details with you after your order is placed. As our cakes and treats are freshly made, there will be a lead time of 4-8 business days upon order confirmation

How will I know when my order is out for delivery?

You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is dispatched, along with delivery timing updates if applicable.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date (e.g., birthday)?

Of course! Just let us know the date during checkout or drop us a note. We’ll schedule it accordingly.

What happens if no one is home during delivery?

If no one is available to receive the order, we’ll contact you. A redelivery fee may apply if a second attempt is needed.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Yes, we do! Weekend and holiday deliveries are available with advance notice.
